Case Studies Wine School (CSWS) Terms and Conditions
CSWS Booking Conditions
- Places on a course are allocated in the order that complete applications (including payment) are received.
- Once a course is full the applicant will be placed on a waiting list. As places become available they will be assigned to the applicants in the order of the list.
- CSWS reserves the right to change the published venues, times and dates of the course. Sufficient notice of any changes will be provided.
- All courses are subject to minimum numbers. CSWS reserves the right to cancel courses if there are insufficient numbers of students on a specific course. However, this is unlikely as CSWS has a “no cancel” policy.
- Joining instructions will be e-mailed to the applicant 10 working days prior to the start of the course.
- Please note hard copy tickets are not issued for CSWS courses.
CSWS Refund Policy
- If you change your mind about your booking please call CSWS on 07884 028306 within 7 days of booking and CSWS will arrange a full refund.
- If a booking is cancelled, for whatever reason, during the five working days prior to the start of the course, or at any time after the start of the course, the fee remains payable in full.
- CSWS is happy to transfer an applicant to another course or event once a booking has been confirmed. Transfers will be accepted up until the course registration deadline stated on the published course programme. After this date applicants will be placed on the waiting list for the next available course.

CSWS Examination Policy
- The applicant will automatically be registered for the examination session published with the course details.
- Case Studies Wine School will only register students that are considered suitable for the examination.
- The applicant will not be registered unless full payment of any outstanding fees owed to Case Studies Wine School has been received. All payments must have been received two weeks prior to the examination date.
- The applicant may defer to a later examination session but notice must be given prior to the examination registration deadline provided with the course details.
- An administration fee of £24 (2011) will be applied for deferring an examination if notice as above is provided. Please contact CSWS for details.

- If an examination is deferred or to re-sit an examination fees will be applied. The fee depends on the examination requirements. Please contact CSWS for details.
